In light of the latest global health concern, COVID-19 (the coronavirus), we at InTown Suites want you to feel safe when staying at one of our extended stay properties. We are committed to the health and safety of our guests and follow cleaning processes and policies like Triple Checked Clean to ensure the cleanliness of each of our rooms.
Precautions Taken By InTown Suites
During the interim between check-out and check-in, our rooms are thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade cleaning products. All surfaces and floors are sanitized and all sheets from previous guests are laundered.
In addition to our in-room cleaning procedures, we have a triple check policy for each room that is cleaned at InTown Suites. Once a room has been sanitized, three different employees check and verify that each room has been thoroughly cleaned before new guests check-in. This is an InTown quality standard and gives us a high-level awareness of the sanitation in our guest rooms for all our guests.
In preparation for COVID-19, every InTown Suites property will also have hand sanitizer on the counters of public areas for guest use.
Precautions Guests Can Take
Guests can also take precautions in protecting themselves and other guests from COVID-19 when traveling. COVID-19 is spread when water droplets from a sick person’s cough or sneeze enter the eyes, nose, or mouth of a healthy person.
We kindly asks all guests to take advantage of renewing your stay online if possible in an effort to
limit the number of guests in the office at any given time. https://www.intownsuites.com/renew-online/
If You Are Healthy
If you are healthy, be sure to keep your distance from those who may be sick, staying out of crowds is always a good idea. You should also be mindful not to touch your face, mouth, and eyes, as things you may pick up and handle throughout the day could be contaminated.
Washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water throughout the day is a huge help in stopping the spread of germs or viruses. To thoroughly wash your hands, be sure to wash the backs and palms of your hands, between your fingers, and under your fingernails for 20 seconds.
Viruses can stick to surfaces and objects for up to 48 hours, washing surfaces or objects with soap and water are an effective way to ensure you don’t get sick.
If You Are Sick
If you are sick, be sure to cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing and dispose of any tissues immediately after use. It’s also a good idea to wash your hands thoroughly to reduce the spread of germs or viruses.
Lastly, if you are sick we encourage you to seek medical advice.
