Booking direct is your best way to guarantee you’re getting the best rate at InTown Suites. In fact, if you find an InTown property with a lower rate than on www.intownsuites.com, you’ll earn $25 off your next visit to any of our hundreds of locations through the United States

We strive to always provide our guests the best service, and the best rates.  However sometimes, on rare occasions, other sites may offer a lower rate.  If you found a lower rate and already booked, let us know and we will not only match the rate but also give you $25 off your next stay with us.  You get the best rates when you book direct… and we’re putting our money on it.

InTown Suites guarantees that you will find the lowest available bookable rate for your stay at any InTown Suites or Uptown Suites property.

In order to qualify for our $25 Best Rate Guarantee the following must apply:

  • In order to receive your best rate guarantee claim, you must complete the stay that is the subject of your claim
  • Guest must receive a confirmation email after the form is filled out to receive the discount
  • Guest can only use one $25 discount per stay and offer can’t be combined with other discounts
  • Discount will be valid for 1 year
  • Only one request can be submitted in 6 month period by the primary guest
  • The rate you find elsewhere must be a publicly available rate that is immediately bookable and not part of any special package or promotion
  • The lower rate you find must be for the same type of room at the same property, using the same arrival and departure dates
  • All rates are calculated on the actual room rate, not including any taxes or fees
  • To qualify you must submit your claim using the above form and complete all required fields
  • For any redemption of a claim, only one credit may be used and the stay must be at the standard property rate
  • Opaque booking sites where the bookable rate is not visible until after purchase do not apply to the best rate guarantee. Examples of such sites are priceline.com, hotwire.com, and others.
  • Booking sites that require a membership, paid or free, are not eligible for the best rate guarantee
  • Discount based rates, such as AAA, senior citizen, military, government, and others are not eligible for the best rate guarantee

Void where prohibited by law. InTown Suites reserves the right to modify or cancel the best rate guarantee program at any time without prior notice. InTown Suites reserves the right to cancel any previously approved claim if it finds that the guest violated or circumvented these terms and conditions and to cancel and reject any other and future Best Rate Guarantee claims from any such guest. In such event, the guest will remain bound to the terms of any bookings made on any channels, including cancellation terms.
